More about Megan,

Hey! I’m Megan

I married the love of my life on 11/13/2021! My husband, Wyatt, helps me with the heavy lifting and is my number one hype man.

Outside of business, you can find me in a local coffee shop catching up on classwork, or hanging out with family and friends. I also enjoy going to church, and connecting with people in my community. It goes without saying that I absolutely love the gulf coast beaches, and never miss an opportunity to sink my toes in the sand.

The Hemstitch inventory has been carefully curated over time, filling our warehouse in downtown Pensacola to the brim.  We offer the Emerald Coast a unique approach to event rentals & decor for weddings, parties, photoshoots & events of all types.

Back story: Hemstitch Rentals, known as “Hemstitch Vintage Rentals” was created in 2011 by the lovely Angela Haley. Her background was in weddings & events, and what began as a collection of unique pieces to sell in local antique stores quickly turned into a warehouse full of rental options for local & destination brides, photographers, and party throwers of all sorts. In 2016 Angela passed the torch of ownership, but she delights in knowing that the business that she originally created is still serving the people of the Gulf Coast and surrounding areas.

Megan Kozell now holds current ownership, and is devoted and committed to meeting the needs of her clients and ensuring that the business continues to grow and thrive. While she loves to add new items to the inventory and keep things trendy, she believes that the best way to be successful is to invest in relationships with the people around her.

We exist because at Hemstitch, we genuinely love people and building long term relationships with our customers. We want to be there with all your exciting life events by doing the heavy lifting so you can be at ease and enjoy your time.
